I was a little worried about the potential for an artificial strawberry taste from the Strawberry Extract...but was pleasantly surprised! This cookie was amazing....so yummy. I paired it with both the Vanilla and the Chocolate royal icing and both were a hit. Next time I might try it wiht a little more of the freeze dried strawberries for a little extra flavor. The dough was a little dry and crumbly after adding the first recommended amount of flour, but I added a little milk and fixed it right up. Next time I will add a little less flour. Overall.....awesome recipe. Can't wait to try the new Strawberry Cheesecake recipe.
