Butterscotch Toffee Bliss Sugar Cookie Recipe

I was disappointed they spread while baking. I cut them out and placed in freezer for about 10-15 minutes before baking and they didn’t keep their shape. Not happy

I'm so glad I purchased this recipe as an addition to all those received as class pass holder! Life is so busy working all week and being full time Grandma on weekends. I know these cookies will be wonderful when I find the time to bake them. Thank you, Lolly!

I love this cookie recipe. My first batch I didn’t make the chips and toffee small enough so they broke easily. When I used my food processor to make them smaller the cookie was stronger and didn’t break.

As with all of Lolly’s recipes, they are good, but a little too sweet. Cooked perfect and we’re easy to cut out.
