I love this cookie recipe. My first batch I didn’t make the chips and toffee small enough so they broke easily. When I used my food processor to make them smaller the cookie was stronger and didn’t break.
As with all of Lolly’s recipes, they are good, but a little too sweet. Cooked perfect and we’re easy to cut out.
Everyone that tried this one loved it! I put together a kit of 7 of Lilly’s cookie recipes with a ‘rate the cookie’ form I made. I asked they rank them 1-7 with #1 being their favorite. I polled 20 people. Either butterscotch toffee bliss or the original vanilla almond was consistently rated #1.

This is a good receipe. Soft and holds the shape. Love the golden raisins. And definatley taste exactly like an oatmeal raisin cookie. Nice texture and flavor.
