This icing just takes a little more planning!

I made this yesterday and iced my cookies. I have a wonderful rich chocolate flavor and a beautiful shine on my bunnies and eggs. I am finding it takes longer than the other Royal Icings to dry. Hopefully by tomorrow afternoon I can get them packaged and into the freezer for a luncheon on Tuesday. This icing just takes a little more planning!
