This is a good receipe. Soft and holds the shape. Love the golden raisins. And definatley taste exactly like an oatmeal raisin cookie. Nice texture and flavor.
These are a hit no matter where I take a batch of these cookies. Family and friends request these all the time. The flavor on these is a wonderful mix of several ingredients making for a more complex flavor, not just a "singular flavor".

I truly enjoyed using this. I have so many scribes that I know that I shouldn’t have bought it. But it fit so nicely in my hand to do my work I was surprised. It also had enough treats on it that it didn’t get lost under my napkins or piping bags. It also was cute so instead of stressing to get my cookies completed, I would take a moment and smile.
This is the best book to be able to actually see what consistencies of the Royal icings and the techniques should be. It was a wonderful addition to my knowledge and bookcase for references.
