I ALWAYS love Lolly’s recipes!!! Thank you!!
This is a good receipe. Soft and holds the shape. Love the golden raisins. And definatley taste exactly like an oatmeal raisin cookie. Nice texture and flavor.

Due to the digital nature of this product, we are not able to offer refunds on classes.
Everything is prerecorded, so there isn't a specific class time. Once you enroll, you'll have immediate access. We use a course platform called Teachable, which you can use on any computer, tablet, or smartphone.
These lessons are self-paced, and you can go as fast or as slow as you want through them. Watch everything before you begin, or jump right in and bake along with me! It's entirely up to you. You have unlimited access to the lessons with no time limits in place.
You'll need to connect at least once, but then the recipes and instructions can be printed and/or downloaded for offline use.
Cookie Camp consists of 5 modules that will walk you from beginning to end on how to make, bake, and decorate gorgeous and great-tasting cookies. The different themed cookie classes build on cookie camp, teaching new decorating skills and techniques.
Almost everything you'll need will most likely already be in your kitchen, and the "iffy" ones are very easy to find. Things like fancy cutters, gel food colorings, tipless icing bags, sprinkles, edible food pens, and a scribe tool are nice to have, but not required. Included with your registration is a list of supplies for you to consider.
For refunds we ask that you please email us at service@lollyshomekitchen.com.
You will receive a welcome email with instructions to access your class. Sometimes these emails go to junk or spam, so be sure to mark orders@lollyshomekitchen as safe. Classes are accessible on Teachable, which has a website and also a mobile app you can use for more convenience.
Yes! You can visit our cookie cutter partner for cutters that go with this class. A direct link will show up in your class dashboard. We also supply you with printable templates so you can hand cut them if you prefer. If there is a cookie cutter shape you have that would work for the design, or if you see one you'd like to get, you can use those instead if you would prefer. We want this to be fun and creative for you, and the designs are all flexible! If you'd like to purchase outside the US, we are also working on custom cookie cutters for all of our classes available to purchase outside the US, so stay tuned.
You'll use all your own equipment and tools, but I walk you through it all in the workshop videos. There is a supply list and other guides included, with links and pictures, to help you get oriented.
Best thing you can do is join the Rockstar Cookier Society group on Facebook. You can ask questions, post pictures, get ideas, and troubleshoot any issues that come up. We love cheering each other on!
Lolly's themed classes are not just about a cookie recipe, or about icing, or even about a particular one-off design the way those free courses are. The classes are about teaching you techniques you can use in our designs and in your own. All our classes are designed to help you have confidence in the decorating techniques so that you can use them in your own designs as well.
No, but Cookie Camp will really help you a LOT if you've never worked with cookies before. These classes will build on the skills you learn in Cookie Camp, but if you have some outside experience you should be fine!
If you at least know how to bake, you can probably get through the class with a bit of practice. If you want to be really good, though, I'd recommend you enroll in Cookie Camp for the fundamentals!
It sure is! Generally speaking kids ages 8 and up are better able to absorb the lessons and use the tools, but ALL ages can have fun with this class… even if they're "finger-painting" with frosting. Anything flies with cookie decorating, as far as I'm concerned, but they'll need to be a little older to have the necessary fine motor skills.
No, you'll need to have your cookies baked beforehand. But don't worry! I'll send you the recipe, cookie shape templates, and everything else immediately after you enroll.
By enrolling in this class, you agree not to share the design steps, materials, recipes, or instructional videos with anyone 18 or older. It's fine to share with your kids, your spouse, etc., but we don't allow people of different households to use the same registration.
Yes! You're free to sell cookies you make using the designs I teach. (You are NOT free to teach my designs to others, however.)
All Lolly's Home Kitchen classes are hosted on our course platform, Teachable.
Once you checkout, you will receive an email with log in details.
