Pink Paradise lemonade cookies

I think my brand new Lorann's coconut emulsion was a bit off flavored. My lime zest on the outer part of the cookie surface turned brown. Overall I think I would change the sugar cookie to a strawberry cookie and it would be perfect. I used small unicorn cookie cutters with an impression component and they came out beautifully with good texture and the imprint was intact following the instructions to chill in the freezer before baking. But the flavor seemed off.

Everyone loved them!

Wonderful tasting cookie

Had so much fun with these, used this recipe for my Easter cookies and such a lovely tang to them and a dream to work with. Now have this wonderful tasting cookie, just need to get better with my decorating
