The chocolate cookies are great! However, I found the dough to be very sticky and hard to roll out. I put it in the refrigerator and it got really hard, so I wound up making Circle cookies! Still taste great.
The chocolate is good. Tried adding the chili pepper. Also just keeping the chocolate as is.

This is a good receipe. Soft and holds the shape. Love the golden raisins. And definatley taste exactly like an oatmeal raisin cookie. Nice texture and flavor.
