Amazing! Such a fresh taste … a surprise combination of sweet, tart, and salty. My son in law is beyond happy to have this new cookie in his “ diet.”

I haven’t had a chance to try the frosting yet because the cookies were so darn good! Everybody ate them before I had a chance to frost them. I will definitely be making more! This was my first try at making a recipe from Lauren and I was thrilled at how the cookies and icing turned out. My family and friends could not get enough of these cookies. They taste like a refreshing lime drink! Yummy!

I brought these cookies for a large gathering for Memorial Day weekend. Many people told me they were their favorite of the three flavors I made.

Loved the lime but will leave the salt off completely. We didn’t like the salt on it.
